Refund Policy

At Ziggy's By Alley, we are committed to providing high-quality swimwear and ensuring that you love your purchase. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we have implemented a Non-Refundable Policy. Please carefully review our policy to understand your options when making a purchase.

1. Non-Refundable Items

All sales of swimwear, including one-piece swimsuits, bikinis, cover-ups, and any other products from our swimwear line, are final and non-refundable. This is due to the intimate nature of the product and to maintain high hygiene standards for all our customers. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for any of the following:

  • Swimwear (bikinis, high-waisted bikinis, one-piece suits, art, etc.)

  • Sale or Clearance Items: All items purchased during a sale or marked as “final sale” are non-refundable.

  • Worn or Used Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept worn or used swimwear.

2. Exchanges

While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, please read the sizing chart thoroughly.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously at Ziggy’s By Alley. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Ziggysbyalley@yahoo.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement. Please include your Name, order number, item ordered, phone number, address, and a photo of the damaged item in your message.

4. Exceptions

In some cases, we may make exceptions to our non-refundable policy for:

  • Shipping Errors: If we send you the wrong product or the wrong size, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

  • Defective Merchandise: As stated above, any defective items will be handled according to our returns and exchanges policy.

5. How to Request an Exchange

No refunds or exchanges.

If your package says it was delivered, but you didn’t get your package, please notify us after 48 hours. After 10 days contact your local post office or USPS to see if they have your package. In a lot of cases, your package was marked by the carrier too early, and it usually ends up being delivered within 24 hours of stating it was delivered.

 If you believe your package was stolen or lost, please email us as soon as possible. 

Information will be provided to you, to assist in locating your package. The information will include, tracking number, the last known location and the ship date. 

Ziggy’s By Alley will not contact any package service for you. Right when your package leaves our facility, you assume all responsibility for your package.

Ziggy’s by Alley is not responsible for the refund or to re-ship returned or held packages because of an incorrect address or undelivered status. Ziggy’s by Alley is not responsible for any shipment that was lost in the parcel process or shipments that were stolen at any point in the parcel process.
