Thank you for shopping with Ziggy's by Alley! We strive to offer fast, reliable, and affordable shipping to ensure that your swimwear arrives safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and ship your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 

  • Order Confirmation: After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are determined by item count

  • Delivery times range from 8-23 business days

b. International Shipping (Outside United States)

  • We do not ship internationally as of right now

3. Shipping Carrier

We use trusted shipping carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL to ensure your order is delivered promptly and safely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

4. International Orders and Customs Duties

  • We currently do not ship internationally as of right now

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check the shipping address you provide at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible to make corrections before your order is processed.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We do offer shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, please be aware that delivery times may be longer due to the nature of these addresses.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. However, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance in locating your package. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to us at Ziggysbyalley@yahoo.com and we will do our best to assist you.

8. Order Modifications or Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please make sure all details (size, color, shipping address) are correct before submitting your order.

9. Free Shipping Promotions

  • No free shipping or promotions as of right now

10. Delays Due to Weather or Holidays

We cannot control delays caused by weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen events. If your order is delayed for any reason, please refer to the tracking information provided or contact us for assistance.

 How soon will I get my package?

Please allow 8-23 business Days for Standard USPS delivery. This is also based on address and selected items.

Where do we Ship?
We ship to all 50 states, Washington D.C, and U.S. territories. We can also ship to your P.O. Box.

How do I track my package?

Once your order is made, you will receive a tracking confirmation within 48 hours of your purchase. You can then track your order anytime.
